A veto, Latin for "I forbid", is the power of an officer of the state to unilaterally stop an official action, especially enactment of a piece of legislation.
In practice, the veto can be absolute, as for instance in the United Nations Security Council, whose permanent members China, the United Kingdom, France, Russia, and the United States of America) can block any resolution. Or, it can be limited, as in the legislative process of the United States, where a two-thirds vote in both the House and Senate may override a Presidential veto of legislation. A veto only gives power to stop changes, not to adopt them. The veto therefore conveys to its holder an ability to protect the status quo.
in 1960 former president of Indonesia Soekarno to reform united nation system, he said "its time to Indonesia and all of nations in the world who love peace and sense of humanity to sue system of united nation about veto it will be and obstacle to pledge justice and world peace.

current situation was occur in the united nation, small country who was not recognize by america and Europe country still under colonialism of Israel, they apply to be one full nation to be one society who can free doing everything without have any burdens without any force to do something what they want.
america was the vocal to promote about democration, but whats wrong with american democration? also from the united nation system that show that all over the world is not democration. it show every country has and ego to find the best shot for their country it self. if we Indonesian Society we have to show that soekarnoism still live to change the world.
we have to sound to the world. to the leader of the world to remove veto from system of united nation.
